These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between hi77bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses the hi77bd website at https://hi77bd.vip and any associated services, games, promotions, or features offered therein.

By accessing hi77bd, creating a player account, or placing any bet or wager — whether on sporting events, casino games, slots, crash games, or any other product available on the Platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the Platform.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail. hi77bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles hi77bd to suspend or permanently close your account and forfeit any balance held therein.

hi77bd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate; a selfie photograph; and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide requested documents within 7 calendar days of the request may result in account suspension.

Your hi77bd account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not you authorised that activity. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification code with any other person under any circumstances.

You must notify hi77bd immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach affecting your login credentials. hi77bd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials or to notify us promptly upon becoming aware of a breach.

Prohibition on Multiple Accounts: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on hi77bd. Opening or operating more than one account — whether under the same identity, a different name, or through a third party — is a serious breach of these Terms. hi77bd will close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and may permanently ban the player from the Platform. Any balance in a secondary account will be forfeited.

Players must keep their registered contact details — including mobile number and email address — current and accurate. hi77bd communicates important account and security notices to the contact details on record. We cannot be held responsible for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information supplied by the player.

All financial transactions on hi77bd are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳BDT). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt by hi77bd. The Platform does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which hi77bd accepts no liability. Minimum deposit is ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits may apply and will be communicated on the deposit screen.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Before any withdrawal is processed, you must have completed identity and payment method verification. hi77bd reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence checks before releasing funds.

Source of Funds: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. hi77bd does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit received from an account that does not match the registered player name may be returned, and the player account may be suspended pending investigation.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. hi77bd reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts once the dormancy threshold is reached, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero. Players will receive prior email notice before dormancy fees commence.

hi77bd offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, BPL season promotions, Eid cashback offers, and other time-limited campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in these Terms and any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met using real-money stakes; bonus funds themselves do not contribute to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated.

Bonus Abuse: hi77bd monitors all accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing low-risk or arbitrage bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk; and coordinating with other players to abuse referral schemes. Where bonus abuse is detected, hi77bd reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins expire within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default expiry period for unclaimed or un-wagered bonus funds is 7 calendar days from the date of credit.

hi77bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via their registered contact details where practicable.

All bets placed on hi77bd are subject to the specific rules applicable to the event or game type in question, in addition to these general Terms. Event-specific and game-specific rules are published on the relevant product pages of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the specific matter in question.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is not accepted until confirmed by hi77bd's systems and a bet reference number is issued to the player. hi77bd reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the bet was placed after an event has commenced or concluded; (b) the odds displayed were the result of a technical error; (c) the bet is believed to be in breach of these Terms; or (d) the applicable maximum stake or liability limit would be exceeded.

Void Bets: Bets may be declared void where an event is cancelled, postponed, abandoned, or where the result cannot be determined within the time period specified in the applicable betting rules. Void bets are settled at the original stake — no winnings are paid and the stake is returned to the player's account balance.

Maximum Winnings: hi77bd applies maximum winnings limits per event and per bet type. These limits are published on the relevant sportsbook and casino pages. Winnings that exceed the applicable maximum will be settled at the maximum limit, regardless of the stated odds.

Palpable Errors: In the event of a palpable error in odds (including but not limited to: odds that are clearly inconsistent with market prices at the time of bet placement, odds offered in error due to a data feed failure, or odds inverted due to a system fault), hi77bd reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Where winnings have already been credited on the basis of palpably erroneous odds, hi77bd may reverse the credit and recover the erroneous amount from the player's account balance.

hi77bd is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of player protection tools accessible from within the account settings after login. These include deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to make use of these tools proactively.

If you believe that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic, or if you are concerned about the gambling behaviour of another person, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 15 minutes of receipt, 7 days a week. Once a self-exclusion is activated, the player will not be able to access their account for the duration of the exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by opening a new account will result in permanent platform-wide exclusion.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of hi77bd. The hi77bd name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hi77bd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or system downtime.

hi77bd does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. hi77bd will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hi77bd makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, merchantability, or accuracy of any information displayed on the Platform.

hi77bd collects, processes, and stores personal data in connection with the provision of its services. The manner in which personal data is handled is described in full in the hi77bd Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

hi77bd uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform — including disputes regarding bet settlement, account closures, or bonus terms — shall first be referred to hi77bd's customer support team at [email protected] for resolution through good-faith negotiation.

hi77bd aims to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days of a formal complaint being received. A formal complaint must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and must include: the player's registered account details, the nature of the dispute, the relevant bet reference numbers or transaction IDs (where applicable), and the outcome sought by the player.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the matter may be escalated to an independent dispute resolution process. hi77bd's decision on bet settlement matters, once final, is binding.
